At Mahila Kalyan Samiti Dhori, Bokaro, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any donation you make to support our cause. If you are not completely satisfied with your donation, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange under the following terms:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date of the donation. Donations made after 30 days are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at mahilakalyans@gmail.com. Please include your name, the donation amount, the date of the donation, and the reason for the return or exchange. We will respond to your request within 3-5 business days with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 10-15 business days of receiving your request. It may take up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company's processing time.
Please note that donations made to Mahila Kalyan Samiti Dhori, Bokaro are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you received a tax receipt for your donation, please do not discard it until you have received your refund or exchange.
